Harry Potter Themed Wedding – A Stylish Affair!

We had the absolute pleasure of styling Ben & Emily’s wedding earlier on this week. Naturally when we heard the words Harry Potter with a touch of glam and a little Halloween thrown in we were utterly delighted! This couple were an absolute dream to work alongside. We were very much given a free reign and had the most fun gathering and making props for this sophisticated wedding breakfast. The lovely Stanwell House in Lymington, Hampshire was the setting.

Much thought and detail went into creating this epic banquet style tablescape. We sourced a lovely eclectic mix of potion bottles and had a lot of fun mixing the ‘potions’. Authentic Harry Potter style labels were added for the finishing touch. Miniature pumpkins were used together with our book props and lovely little keys. There was candle light galore with a mix of our unique gold candelabras and candlesticks. All candles were burned prior to the event to give a lovely drippy effect. Pillar candles and tealights alongside our stunning rose gold sequin runners to add a touch of glam.

We were absolutely in love with this wedding breakfast, the lovely couple supplied some wonderful props for the other areas from their personal collections, all in all this was a absolute cracker! The pictures just do not do it justice!
