Wood Obsession Comes Good…

One of us has a wood obsessed husband, this used to be difficult to deal with….. a garage full to the brim with offcut’s brought back from anywhere that was throwing them away, and don’t even start on pallets, far too easily obtainable. The garage then spilt to the side of the house, evenings with the other half missing, only clues being the occasional bang from the garage.

Then an amazing handmade beach hut post box created for his own wedding sparked the list of projects from the Linen & Lace ladies. It turns out all the practice projects on random bits of wood have made an incredibly skilled wood craftsman!

We have handmade signs, beautifully sanded and stained, with incredible handwritten lettering. Unique post box’s which are some of our most popular items, and now THE most incredible table, we are SO in love with it! Reclaimed scaffold boards on brushed steel hairpin legs. The boards have been stained with the perfect tone and lovely features remain on the reclaimed boards. This table was made for our studio, with a view to use on styled shoots, it now marks the beginning of an exciting next stage of Linen & Lace.
