Portesham Vineyard Shoot
Way back in the early Summer of 2016, one of our favourite photographers Charlotte Bryer-Ash called us about a beautiful venue she had found and asked whether we would like to get involved in a shoot. We jumped at the chance, add in Clair Lythgoe, another of our faves and we already had a dream team in place. This was going to be a simplistic one table alfresco set up, bridal shots, and a beautiful cake, it was going to be all about the details.
With the beautiful lush green surroundings of the vineyard, we wanted to create fresh, pretty, and romantic styling. A classic palette of green and whites, with accents of soft greys, dusky and powder blues. We bought the most beautiful piece of scalloped-edged French lace which we just knew we wanted to lay on our handmade wooden table. When we couldn't find any suitable benches, we created a pair, especially for the shoot. We wanted Clair's amazing florals to sit in footed vases, and were so happy when we found the perfect vessels. The silver styling and plain modern glassware gave the perfect airy finish.
These images are still so fresh today and unlikely to ever go out of style.
